Wedding Packages
Located on 90 private beautiful acres in the country, in Northern Maine. We can accommodate small intimate weddings or up to 250 people for a sit down dinner depending on setup/design/event. Our monitor style barn is over 5,500 sq. ft. It feature 23' ceilings in the center, large front carport and a side awning overlooking the wedding pavilion. It is not only spacious, but also full of all the country charm you could desire for your special day. The covered 40'x72' pavilion is ideal for your outside wedding protecting you and your guests from the weather. It has window panel sides that can be added during inclement weather. It houses the 36 church pews with chandeliers & ceiling fans.
Full Package
Our full wedding package includes
3 days: day before, day of, & morning after the wedding.

This does not include Memorial weekend

November & December - $4,000

We also offer one day wedding packages. You have the venue from noon to midnight the day of the weeding and the morning after. This package is available Sunday through Wednesday & are half price of the full weekend package.

Both packages include full access to the venue and pavilion, tables, chairs, linens, decorations, and set up before your arrival.

Micro & elopement packages are available Sunday through Wednesday unless booked within 90 days.

Event insurance is required for every package.
$250 security deposit required for all micro & elopement packages.

Save Your Date
Contact us to see if your date is available. If it is, we would love to schedule a time to meet with you to go over all of what we have to offer and any questions you may have about our facility.

We usually require a 50% non-refundable deposit to officially book your date. If 50% down is not something that works for you that is okay because we also offer payment plans because we want to be able to work with you to help make your dream wedding a reality! All deposits and payments are non-refundable. We ask that any remaining balance be paid 60 days prior to your wedding along with your $500 security deposit for full and one day packages, Security deposit for micro and elopement packages is $250.
When you send us your remaining balance we ask the security check be made out as a separate check. We hold that check unless there are any damages to the venue or the property. If there are no damages we do out best to return it to you within 7 days after the wedding.

Also 60 days before the wedding we require a copy of your event insurance that we require you to have for the weekend of your event and we must be listed as second insured on the policy.

Coordination Options

$500 - Day of Coordination includes hiring us to be there all day of the wedding as well as coordinating with vendors for the timeline of the day, keeping drinks stocked, placing and moving of appetizers, coordinating with the DJ for the song order for wedding party entrance, opening and closing of doors for the ceremony, changing of lighting in the venue, and more. A well as clean up from rehearsal dinner.
