Save Your Date

Contact us to see if your date is available. If it is, we would love to schedule a time to meet with you to go over all of what we have to offer and any questions you may have about our facility.

We usually require a 50% non-refundable deposit to officially book your date. If 50% down is not something that works for you that is okay because we are now offering payment plans because we want to be able to work with you to help make your dream wedding your reality! All deposits and payments are non-refundable. We ask that any remaining balance be paid 60 days prior to your wedding along with your $500 security deposit.

When you send us your remaining balance we ask the security check be made out as a separate check. We hold that check unless there are any damages to the venue or the property. If there are no damages we do out best to return it to you within 7 days after the wedding.

Also 60 days before the wedding we require a copy of your event insurance that we require you to have for the weekend of your event and we must be listed as second insured on the policy. In regards to alcohol, we only offer one option and that is going through a caterer. Your caterer is required to give us a copy of their liquor license for your event.
