Private Functions

The ranch is also available for a wide range of private functions, including:

• Proms

• Anniversary parties

• Christmas parties

• Bridal showers

• Baby showers

• Celebration of life

• Birthday parties

• College meet & greets

• Business dinners

• Customer appreciation dinners

• Seminars

To just name a few that have been held at the ranch so far!

For these smaller and shorter events you can book the ranch by an hourly rate of $100 per hour per a minimum of 3 hours or by the day which is 12 hours for $1,000. With both options there is a surcharge of $10 per 10 people. These prices include all the tables, chairs, tablecloths, and any decorations of our you would like to use. Like our weddings, we still meet with all our clients to go over the set up they would like for their event to make sure everything is set up the way you would like for your event.

For any event hosted by a business proof of insurance is required. If any alcohol is being served at any type of function, business affiliated or not, must be served through a licensed caterer with a liquor license.

In order to reserve a date for your private event we require payment in full upon booking and payment is non-refundable. There is also no contract required.
